Location: Community role based out of Dorchester

This is a band 6 position available for an immediate start in the community covering a range of dietetic requirements, although based out of Dorchester, the candidate will be expected to travel to patients houses within the community, so access to own transport is essential.

Start date: ASAP-ongoing

Shift pattern: 9:00-17:00, Monday-Friday

Hours: Full time (37.5hrs/week) but part time considered

Job description:

  • Evidence-based Dietetic Services to patients of Dorset ICS
  • Act as a source of expertise in nutrition and diet therapy, advising medical staff and other health professionals
  • Act as the primary resource and point of dietetic expertise regarding nutrition for members of the primary care team within the area covered.
