Provide clinical dietetic services to the designated patient caseload. Maintain continual professional registration as a Dietitian whilst in post. Undertake clinical assessment and make judgements on the designated generalist clinical caseload in line with the HCPC Standards and BDA Code of Conduct. Ensure judgements are evidenced based, patient centred and holistic, as described in the BDA Model and Process for Nutrition and Dietetic Practice.

Plan and organise the dietetic clinical care for the designated caseload of patients including initial consultation, monitoring/reassessment (if required) and discharge.
