TBR Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced sales manager with strong TBR and sales experience to cover the Midlands area. This key position involves generating new business whilst maintaining and developing existing dealer partners in the Midlands. We offer a competitive salary, generous bonus, company car, pension, and private health care.
Responsibilities
- To promote the sale of Hankook Truck & Bus Products through the tyre retail / management and end user sales channels
- To achieve and exceed area sales targets on all TBR promoted products in accordance to management plan
- Develop new retail and end user customers in area to achieve targeted results
- Work within a TBR team - supporting all areas to achieve the overall management plan
- Report market pricing / promotional / staff change / business trend intelligence into line management team in a set calendar period
- Maintain company brand image by applying a professional approach to all customer business activity
- Build and develop long terms relationships with strategic and targeted customers in your allocated area.
- Acceptable to nights away from home in support of travel costs and customer development plans
- Maintain Clear and concise customer records, utilising company systems, including development plans of each customer on area.
Level of accountabilities
- Demonstrable sales ability
- Understand how to deliver and manage a business plan to achieve development of allocated area
- Represent the company professionally in both verbal and written communications
- Manage customer trading in professional manner avoiding area's which may bring the company into trading loss or legal complaint
Requirements
- Ability to develop long term customer relationships Proven ability / experience in self motivation
- Ability to manage most effective use of time and travel arrangements within reasonable cost basis
- Numerical ability to understand and generate sales activity reports
- Ability to utilise IT support packages related to job activity - MS Excel, Word, Team, power point etc
- Excellent communications skills in both written and verbal delivery
- Demonstrable ability to present company promotional message on a one to one or multiple delegate audience
