Guest Relations Manager

Guest Relations Manager will lead by example, ensuring that our excellent standards are maintained at all times. In this role, you will delight in building positive relationships with all our guests,ensuring they receive a seamless, positive service at all times, consistently delivered, with meticulous attention to detail.

In your role you will:

  • Incorporate all aspects of The Beaumont hospitality into the Guest Relations role, supporting all policies that management have in place.
  • You will be responsible for liaising with all teams at The Beaumont including all F&B outlets, all Front of House departments, Spa and Housekeeping.
  • You will lead by example in your pride and knowledge of the hotel and its services, ensuring that standards are always maintained.
  • You will have an in-depth knowledge of the surrounding area and London.
  • Your role will have a strong emphasis on developing a regular clientele base, with exemplary service, ensuring strong recognition and guest satisfaction during their time at The Beaumont.
  • You will ensure that guests feel welcomed, and acknowledged on arrival and offered assistance with a high degree of diplomacy & style.
  • You will be the point of contact for the VIPs during the stay and will touch base with guests on a regular basis during the stay.
  • You will resolve complaints efficiently when they arise and take ownership of solutions and recovery.
