In this role, you will delight in building positive relationships with all our guests,ensuring they receive a seamless, positive service at all times, consistently delivered, with meticulous attention to detail.
In your role you will:
- Incorporate all aspects of The Beaumont hospitality into the Guest Relations role, supporting all policies that management have in place.
- You will be responsible for liaising with all teams at The Beaumont including all F&B outlets, all Front of House departments, Spa and Housekeeping.
- You will lead by example in your pride and knowledge of the hotel and its services, ensuring that standards are always maintained.
- You will have an in-depth knowledge of the surrounding area and London.
- Your role will have a strong emphasis on developing a regular clientele base, with exemplary service, ensuring strong recognition and guest satisfaction during their time at The Beaumont.
- You will ensure that guests feel welcomed, and acknowledged on arrival and offered assistance with a high degree of diplomacy & style.
- You will be the point of contact for the VIPs during the stay and will touch base with guests on a regular basis during the stay.
- You will resolve complaints efficiently when they arise and take ownership of solutions and recovery.
