We are looking for an Accounting Office Assistant to join our team to work in our Stony Stradford´s Office, in Milton Keynes.
This is a Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid Position.

About the Profile
As the Accounting Office Assistant for our Milton Keanes Office, you will directly report to our UK MBC Director, and play a key role in supporting the company’s operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions, and providing support to the accounting and payroll areas.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with experience in any of the following tasks:
- Accountability knowledge: reconciliations, invoices, and assisting with balance sheets financial records and reports. Coordination with external suppliers.
- Payroll knowledge: processing monthly payroll in our system.
- Legal/GDPR awareness.
- Planning meetings, to be in charge of Internal Communication, being able to coordinate agendas, arrange travels, accommodation bookings amongs others.
- Excelent Client Service: email , incoming and outbound calls. Teams meeting, with our clients, customers and associates.
- Prepare all kind of documents: Power points for clientes meetings and presentations and Word documents.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Office suppliers and equipment maintaining coordination.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is a must.
- Xero knowledge would be a plus.
- If you have work with Photoshop, Canva or similar it would be a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred).
