Dunn Marino Associates (DMA) is an architecture practice based in Exeter. With a wealth of experience in feasibility studies, development briefs, conservation, planning, detailed design, sustainability, and construction, DMA seeks to provide clients with a professional service that embodies innovation, function, quality, and value. The practice places importance on considering sensitivities, strategic issues, and detail in order to efficiently deliver new projects. You will have an opportunity to gain experience working on residential projects from one off houses through to large residential developments whilst gaining industry leading training and development.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Technician or Technologist at Dunn Marino Associates in Exeter. The role involves performing day-to-day tasks related to architectural technology, technical drawing, construction drawings, architecture, and computer-aided design (CAD).


Qualifications

  • Architectural Technology and Technical Drawing skills
  • Experience in creating construction drawings ideally using either Autocad or Revit.
  • Knowledge of architecture principles and practices
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • 4+ years of experience in residential construction
  • HND, BSc in Architectural Technology or Part 2 qualified Architect.
