Overview:
This hotel, located in North West London, offers a blend of comfort and convenience in a prime location near one of the city's most famous green spaces. The property features a range of modern rooms and suites designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers.
Job Summary:
Functions as the leader of the propertys segmented sales effort (e.g., group, transient, association, corporate, etc.) and responsible for implementing the segment sales strategy and achieving segment revenue goals, property revenue goals and guest and associate satisfaction. Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives. Achieves personal booking goals and makes recommendations on booking goals of direct reports.

What you will do:

  • Primary point of contact for all sales related work streams for the General Manager, Cluster Team, Owner, Group & Events Team and Area Commercial Leader
  • Developing sales goals and strategies in alignment with the overall business strategy and being responsible for all proactive sales activities as well as supporting the reactive sales team
  • Analysing market and economic trends as well as competitors to continuously strengthen our position in the market
  • Point of contact for customers, participating in sales calls to acquire new business and/or close deals, and building long-term, value-based customer relationships
  • Developing strong partnerships and collaborations with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness, participating in customer events, regional and national trade shows
  • Budget planning and controlling
