We are looking for an outstanding Project Manager to join the dynamic team at the Chartered Association of Business Schools at a really exciting time in our growth plans. You will work across a portfolio of technology projects being undertaken over the next 12 months as part of our digital infrastructure strategy.


The ideal candidate will have demonstrable project management skills and the ability to work across multiple complex projects simultaneously.This is a position for an organised, methodical, articulate Project Manager who can come in and hit the ground running on a wide range of projects. The candidate needs to be able to utilise their own initiative but most importantly fit in as part of a team to support in delivery of technology related projects, involving a number of internal and external stakeholders, partners and technology providers. The role will require a good working knowledge of applications such as Salesforce, website CMS systems, and learning

management systems. We are a business-minded, mission-led organisation that exists to support our member business schools as they deliver world class education and impactful research for the benefit of society.


Responsibilities -


  • Oversee and manage the timeline for completion of technology related projects within digital infrastructure strategy
  • Work with external stakeholders, partners and technology providers to ensure project completion to the correct timescale
  • Work closely with teams across the Chartered ABS and Small Business Charter to coordinate input, feedback and testing and ensure that the projects are delivered effectively, on time and on budget.
  • Work with internal and external technical teams on integration between website, CRM and LMS environments
  • Ensure project documentation is in place e.g Statement of Work documentation and Change Requests
  • Keep track of finances / budget for the project
  • Keep external and internal teams up to date on progress, escalating when necessary
  • Diarise, attend and note key actions from internal and external meetings (both in person and remote)
