As we shape the future of healthcare, we're seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to lead strategic vision within our global organization.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email marketing.
  • Create high-quality content to market our digital healthcare products.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to regional marketing teams in Canada and APAC.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure consistent messaging and a positive customer experience.
  • Drive brand awareness and create pipelines for revenue growth.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest healthcare technology trends, market drivers, and regulations.

Who are we looking for?

  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare technology market and the NHS.
  • Knowledge of digital health trends and their impact on marketing strategies within the UK.
  • Ability to create informative, engaging, and trustworthy content for healthcare professionals.
  • Experience within the NHS is required.
  • Ideally, some managerial experience in a similar position.
  • Ideally, 5+ years of experience in a similar role, working for a tech company selling into the NHS.

Working Arrangements:

  • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate different time zones for international meetings.
  • Up to 30% travel expected, mostly regionally, with occasional international travel.
  • Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
  • Primarily works in a standard office environment or remotely.
  • May require after-hours, on-call support, and/or holidays, especially during peak times.
