Key Responsibilities:

Case Management:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including advisory work, litigation, and transactional support.
  • Advise clients on a wide range of employment issues, such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and workplace policies.

Legal Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various employment law topics.
  • Prepare detailed legal opinions, briefs, and reports to support case strategies and client advice.

Client Interaction:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert legal advice and practical solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other members of the employment law team and collaborate with colleagues from other practice areas.
  • Contribute to the firm's knowledge-sharing initiatives and business development activities.


Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of post-qualified experience (PQE) in employment law.
  • Strong academic background in law, with a specialisation in employment law.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in handling high-profile and complex employment law cases is a plus.
