As a PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for:


  • oversight, control, and reporting for a variety of IT/tech programmes of work across the portfolio
  • risk and RAG with the executive committee
  • delivery health across multiple projects of work
  • with the production of portfolio reporting, planning activity, and oversight
  • the existing PMO resource where possible


You will have experience of:


  • working in a PMO role in the financial services industry
  • mentoring and knowledge transfer to more junior members of the PMO team
  • management of the change delivery frameworks
  • organisational and prioritisation skills
  • supporting the Portfolio planning process, collaborating with all areas of IT to develop and maintain the Portfolio Roadmap
  • stakeholder management with excellent communication skills
