Job Title: Supply Planner
Job Type: FullTime
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of SKUs.
- Manage/Maintain Purchase Orders to ensure they are kept up-to-date.
- Support the Inventory and Supply Manager in the maintenance of Vendor Supply Plans/Purchase forecasts.
- Support Master Date Lead to ensure that all Master Data is maintained and kept -up-to-date.
- Ensure deliveries are booked in, promptly.
- Liaise with the Quality Control Team about quality issues and their impact on supply.
- Liaise with the Accounts Payable team to guarantee timely payment of all outstanding invoices and resolve any issues promptly.
- Support Supply and Inventory Planning Manager with Supply and Inventory reporting.
- Review aging inventory to ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Support Supply and Inventory Manager with ad hoc tasks/projects as directed.
Qualifications, Experience, Specific Skills/Competencies
- Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent.
- Educated to Degree level or similar level of work experience.
- Previous Planning, Forecasting, or Purchasing experience is preferred.
- Experience within an FMCG organization is preferred.
- Ability to take a proactive approach to challenge and achieve results.
- Experience in using Microsoft Dynamic 365 ERP system or similar.
- Keen attention to detail.
