We are working with a leading and innovative company specialising in the design and manufacture of cutting-edge industrial machinery. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions to their clients, they are at the forefront of technological advancements in the industrial sector.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer, with a focus on developing and overseeing the manufacturing process of industrial machinery. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the success of our projects from conception to completion.
As a Project Engineer you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project success.
- Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the design and manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
- Identify and address potential challenges and roadblocks, implementing effective solutions.
- Monitor project progress, report on key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
The successful Project Engineer will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer within the industrial machinery sector.
- Strong understanding of design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mind-set with a proactive approach to project challenges.
