Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Specialist to join our global design and manufacturing client based near Southampton/Fareham.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking on extensive responsibility for the project portfolio, including managing entire projects from start to finish, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including project team members, vendors, and clients, to ensure effective communication and project progress
  • Analyze project requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices
  • Perform quality control checks throughout project execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical engineering/manufacturing background, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in project management or project engineering. A real go-getter with a technical brain, able to put their own stamp on a developing role, is highly sought after.

Salary Information:
