About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis:
  • Assist in gathering and compiling market data from various sources.
  • Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data quality and accuracy.

Segmentation Support:

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of customer segmentation models.
  • Support the identification of key customer segments based on data.

Targeting Strategy:

  • Help in defining and refining targeting strategies for different customer segments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop personalised marketing campaigns aimed at specific segments.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Assist in the creation of monthly dashboards.
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the senior leadership team.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of segmentation insights.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python).
  • Basic understanding of market segmentation and targeting concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer data management.
  • Previous internship or project experience in market research or data analysis.
