Role Overview:

As an Digital Technology Analyst, you will:

• Support senior consultants across all projects.

• Focus on research, documentation, and analysis to drive project success.

• Assist in translating business needs into innovative technology solutions.

• Develop insights into new technologies impacting the commercial real estate market.

• Engage with startups for evaluations and solution analysis.

• Contribute to proof of concepts, pilots, and project lifecycles.

• Ensure adherence to governance processes and change management methodologies.


Requirements of a Digital Technology Analyst:

• Degree in business, real estate, or technology.

• Minimum of three to five years of related technology and real estate experience.

• Background in Commercial Real Estate Tech or Emerging Tech, or experience as a Business Analyst looking to transition into a tech-focused role.

• Strong blend of business operations and technology support experience.


Skills & Personal Qualities of Digital Technology Analyst:

• Solution-oriented with strong organisational skills.

• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

• Strong collaborator with the ability to support senior team members.

• Initiative-taker with excellent communication abilities.
