As an Associate, you will take a hands-on approach to managing and delivering projects, overseeing all stages and guiding teams to ensure smooth project progression. You'll work on diverse projects, maintaining high professional standards, and play a key role in business development by collaborating with Directors to generate new opportunities, developing fee proposals, and building client relationships. You'll also contribute to the practice's management and development, focusing on strategic professional matters such as CDM and BIM.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery, offering professional oversight and guidance.
  • Work on projects at all stages
  • Support other teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with Directors on new business opportunities, fee proposals, and client relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in UK project delivery across various sectors.
  • ARB Registration and contract management knowledge.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; REVIT and BIM coordination preferred.
  • Interest in the business side of architecture, with flexibility and initiative.

  • Permanent right to live and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
