Born out of frustration and disappointment as clients seeing therapists in other poorly designed and badly maintained therapy rooms, our founding team created CuraRooms. A cross between a spa, co-working space and therapy rooms. A neutral colour palette, sophisticated furnishings, natural textures, and scent-tingling smells throughout.


We are looking for a talented and passionate Membership Sales Manager to join our growing team. Someone who is outgoing, fun-loving and sociable, yet organised and efficient. Someone that can be the glue to keep our community together and takes pride in building a community. Making Curarooms a place where our members love to work, giving them everything they need to run their businesses smoothly.


Responsibilities


  • Nurture, develop, and handoff leads that ultimately result in booked tours
  • Provide regular updates to your team about objectives and processes
  • Develop and handoff leads through sales processes.
  • Work with the team to achieve monthly team goals.
  • Work with automation platforms to efficiently input and track data.
  • Own the sales process: inbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
  • You are a jack of all trades: you will do anything needed to support the Inbound team in order to achieve team goals.
  • Work towards/maintain 100% building occupancy through achieving booked tour goals/meetings set.
  • Communicate with the marketing team to ensure the highest conversion rate of booked tours/meetings set.
  • Provide unmatched customer service to potential prospects to ensure an excellent start to their member experience


We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:


  • At least 2 years of sales experience in startups and/or entrepreneurial environments.
  • Track record of sales in cold calling and emailing are helpful
  • Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM
  • Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing, and handoff sales
  • Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
  • Experience working on a team and leading a team-player mentality
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and multi-tasking skills.
