About the role


  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance, and ER support to managers on people related matters, to include; attendance monitoring, capability/disciplinary matters and staff contracts. Manage the leaver process and exit interviews.
  • To manage and support the recruitment manager in their delivery of a consistent, high quality and volume driven recruitment environment.
  • To manage and support the communications and marketing function with the employee engagement app as well as further cross working with the recruitment team and campaigns.
  • Lead, motivate and inspire all employees in order to create a positive and professional working environment, with every employee aware of and working towards the business objectives, including the LOV awards.
  • Ensure that the company meets all employment and legislative requirements, including but not limited to relevant legal, equality and diversity and health and safety requirements and that these are translated into company policies and practice.
  • To ensure all of the Company’s’ policies, practices and procedures are up to date and compliant.
  • To lead on employee satisfaction and areas for action and improvement through the delivery, management and undertaking related action of an annual staff survey.



About you


You will be CIPD qualified, with extensive experience of managing an HR function and able to offer clear and concise generalist ER advice.



You will be a proactive and professional person, able to represent Procurae Group at all levels of stakeholders, both internal and external.

You will be intelligent, articulate, have a good level of attention to detail. Someone who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and make a difference across multiple areas within the business. You will take real pride in your work.

There will be travel within the UK (expected to be no more than 1 day per week). This will rarely require overnight travel and will be fully determined and planned in advance by the successful candidate. Driving Licence Essential.
