**Junior Customer Service Agent**

We are looking for an ambitious Customer Service Agent to join the team based
in Harrogate (onsite position). **After probation period, hybrid model will be
applicable (3 days office 2 days home).** There are 5 excellent Customer
Service Agents, including a Team Leader. They are the main point for contact
for our UK & Ireland based clients, guiding our customers through the post-
sales process. If you are enthusiastic, confident and love talking to other
people - this role was created for you

The **Customer Service Agent** at Arrow will work as part of a busy team
providing excellent Customer Service to Arrow customers. You will be
responsible for providing day-to-day sales support and customer service
activities for assigned accounts.

**What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?**

* Providing support to customers and internal Account Managers in the day to day running of the accounts and assisting with customer queries.
* Liaising with other departments internally e.g.: Purchasing, Accounts, Dispatch, Technical Consultants, to fulfil customer requirementsqueries, organizing shipments etc.
* Resolving queries and raising credit where necessary.
* General administration duties: preparing reports etc.
* Updating customers of delivery expectations.

**What are we looking for?**

* Experience in the office administration job and Customer Service
* Business fluency in English
* Good working knowledge of all Microsoft tools- especially MS Excel.
* Understands the sales process and the importance of customers.
* Highly motivated, with a pro-active approach to their workload.
* Good organization skills - Able to work on their own.
* Team player.
