A leading Private Equity firm specializing in infrastructure investments is seeking a talented and motivated Analyst to join its dynamic team in Stockholm. Our firm focuses on acquiring and managing high-quality infrastructure assets across the Nordics and Europe, aiming to deliver sustainable value and growth for our investors.


Position Overview

As an Associate, you will play a key role in the evaluation, execution, and management of infrastructure investments in the Nordic region. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to gain exposure to high-profile deals, work closely with senior professionals, and contribute to the growth of our expanding portfolio.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, modeling, and valuation of potential investment opportunities.
  • Support the due diligence process, including industry research, market analysis, and operational assessments.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, presentations, and other key documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in managing and monitoring portfolio companies, driving value creation initiatives, and supporting exit strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, advisors, and partners across the Nordic region.


Qualifications


  • Native fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and proficiency in English.
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field with exposure to infrastructure or real assets.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to interact effectively with senior professionals and external partners.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
