The Role

This firm are looking for an ambitious, diligent and enthusiastic Commercial Property Solicitor NQ-5 years PQE to join their growing team based in Southampton, Hampshire.

In this role you will be working alongside some of the most prominent names in the industry, many being L500 ranked. You will be dealing with a mixed Commercial Property caseload which includes;

  • Landlord & Tenant work
  • Development
  • Acquisitions and Disposals
  • Real estate finance

This firm are very well connected nationally and their client base include retail, leisure, healthcare, public authorities and much more.


Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor and you will be NQ-5 years PQE
  • You will be driven, motivated by the quality level of work on offer
  • You will have an eye for progression
