This company is a leading Chartered practice specialising in investment and pension advice, with an expanding client base. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to financial advisers, ensuring smooth operations within the firm. This role is ideal for an organised professional with experience in financial planning administration.
Your duties will include:
- Preparation of client packs and issuing appointment emails/letters
- Managing client data, updating records and maintaining compliance documentation
- Liaising with clients and third parties to gather necessary information
- Processing new business applications and managing the workflow
- Supporting advisers with diary management, meeting arrangements, and preparation of client-facing documents
- Optimisation of back-office systems and maintaining compliance standards
