Responsibilities include:

1. Acting as a subject matter expert on Alibaba Cloud network products, providing training and enablement to the account and Solution Architect (SA) teams.

2. Supporting regional events and marketing programs to promote Alibaba Cloud network solutions to potential customers.

3. Delivering optimized solutions and advocating best practices to customers by utilizing the full capabilities of Alibaba Cloud network products.

4. Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to enhance product offerings continually.

5. Monitoring key industry trends and technological shifts, offering trusted advice to customers for optimizing their cloud infrastructure.

6. Expanding the Alibaba Cloud ecosystem through collaboration with third-party Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), creating position papers, and aligning advocacy efforts with Alibaba’s core business policies across multiple departments (business, security, legal, and government affairs).

7. Reporting to the Head of the Architect Department, this role requires a dynamic, curious, and technology-driven candidate who thrives in challenging environments and can navigate ambiguity with strategic insight.


Requirements：

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Excellent communication skills for customer collaboration and partner influence.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

- At least 5 years of experience in the networking domain, including experience with cloud networks (e.g., AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) and physical networks.

- Experience in deploying cloud network products (e.g., EIP, VPC, Load Balancer, NAT). Familiarity with light coding or scripting.

- Understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals and commonly-used routing protocols (e.g., BGP, SD-WAN).

- Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Linux) and container networking technologies (e.g., Terway, Flannel).

- Ability to effectively collaborate and partner with individuals and teams to overcome challenges.

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a changing environment.
