About the Client: Compliance & payments RegTech business

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with product teams and clients to translate requirements into solution designs. You will define architecture roadmaps, support engineering teams, and represent the client with clients to deliver on the product vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and document architecture for the client’s platform capabilities.
  • Optimize architecture in collaboration with partners and vendors.
  • Ensure cost-effective, high-performance solutions for the client’s platform.
  • Lead technical exploration, solution development, and delivery oversight with engineering teams.
  • Adhere to architecture standards and present solutions for approval.
  • Shape the product roadmap with the product team.
  • Support and review enterprise-wide solution designs.
  • Build technical roadmaps and manage backlogs.
  • Identify and leverage new technologies to meet the client’s mission.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience: 5+ years as a Solution Architect in fintech/regtech with cloud-native technologies.

Technical Expertise:

  • Cloud-based microservices (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Spring Boot, Java, Python).
  • Event streaming (Kafka).
  • Low-latency, fault-tolerant, scalable, and secure systems.
  • Domain-Driven Design.
  • OLTP transaction processing.
  • Relational and non-relational databases.
  • AWS services (S3, RDS, Aurora, MSK, Lambda, Step Functions, Glue Jobs).
