We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our nationwide team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting on projects within Mantle Services.


  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a willingness to tackle challenges to solve problems and will demonstrate great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • You will lead Software Installation Projects and be responsible for reporting progress to senior stakeholders as well as supporting on wider development projects.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Project Planning and Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product management & quality assurance to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Organise and lead project status and working meetings.
  • Implement project management methodologies, tools, and processes to drive efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Communicate effectively to provide progress updates, address issues, and manage expectations.
  • Following up with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Taking minutes during project meetings and the drafting and maintenance of Project Plans.
  • Preparing weekly progress updates for the Implementation Manager.
  • Communicating with clients to cultivate and maintain good relationships.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of action plans to enable proper time, resource and process management.
  • Process Management and Improvement
  • Support the team in delivery of a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management.
  • Guide and support team in implementation and adherence to Change Control principles.


Requirements


  • Previous experience working in Project Management or as part of a Project Team.
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent Professional Qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of working autonomously to achieve previously agreed goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage your own workload.
  • Defined Benefit Pension experience is desirable but not essential.
