Centre Point have partnered with a leading independant London-based estate agency who are seeking a Property Manager to join their their Westminster office.


Responsibilities:


•Managing a portfolio of 100 Central London properties

•Chasing rent arrears.

•Ensuring legislation is up to date.

•Issuing Section 8, 13 and 21 notices where necessary.

•Inspections



Skills & Experience:


•2+ years of Property Management experience in the residential sector.

•Experienced in managing a portfolio of 100+ properties.

•ARLA Qualifications preferred but not essential.

•Strong organisational skills.

•Lettings experience preferred.

•Ability to work in fast paced environment.


Hours: 9am-6pm

Salary: £30k - £35k
