We are a busy restaurant overlooking the harbour-side. If you are looking for something new and exciting, and are passionate about great customer service, fantastic food and being part of a great team, then this is the job for you

This is the chance to join our independently run business, with the opportunity for future progression and growth.

We are looking for someone with a great attitude towards working, someone who is customer focused, friendly and has great attention to detail. The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience in a management role in a fast paced, busy restaurant.

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties;

  • Organising staff shifts and scheduling, including recruiting new staff.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the team maintain this level.
  • Use of the reservations system, working closely with our guest relations team.
  • Working closely with suppliers.
  • Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed accordingly.
  • Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property.
  • Maintaining safe working conditions.
  • Auditing inventory levels, stocktake and ordering.
  • On going staff training.
  • Working closely with management/owners.
