As Group Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in all financial management and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for analysing financial information, preparing financial reports, and developing budgets to support our strategic goals. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly impact the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from budget and forecast.
  • Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret financial data.
  • Provide financial support for project management and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
