About us
We are a creative sports media agency, that creates digital content for athletes, sports clubs & sporting brands. We believe perzonalities are the foundation to sporting entertainment & it’s our mission to create world class content that amplifies individual perzonality, in an authentic way.
Responsibilities
- Video editing - Edit raw video to create strong narratives from footage you didn’t shoot yourself. Utilising Davinci Resolve or Premiere Pro, as well as Davinci Fusion or Adobe After Effects.
- Colour Grading - Work with SLog3 footage in Davinci resolve for precise colour grading, utilising camera matching when necessary.
- Sound design - Utilise sound to make videos immersive through various audio tools.
- Creative Input - Work with the team in creative workshops to ideate & plan out new content. You will be expected to bring new ideas & eventually lead these sessions.
- Variety of projects - An ability to work on a variety of projects, one week you may be crafting a highlight reel for a Premier League Footballer, the next week you may be working on a studio shoot for the NBA.
- Detail - Strong attention to detail. A project isn’t finished until it’s perfect.
- Performance Marketing - A robust understanding of what drives performance on social media.
About you
- Football Mad - A strong passion for football, with an excellent understanding of the culture & sub cultures that exist within.
- Video editing - We don’t require ‘professional experience’, but you must be fluent in either Davinci Resolve or Premiere Pro. As well as having a strong understanding of Davinci Fusion or Adobe After Effects.
- High standards - Insist on the highest standards. You have relentlessly high standards, so much so that people think your standards are unreasonably high.
- Creative - An ability to generate unique solutions to various problems. Thinking big without constraints.
- Flexibility - The ability to be chameleon-like adapting to whatever situation you’re in. Whether that’s working with athletes that have completely different perzonalities, or working on a variety of tasks outside of your normal scope.
- Kaizen - Seeking constant improvement in both your own work & the company’s wider operation. Suggesting new ideas wherever you see fit.
