On behalf of this organisation, AMS is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for a 6-month contract, based hybrid in London.

Purpose of the Role:

The UK Early Careers Team looks after all campus attraction, recruitment and development for graduates, summer internships, long-term internships, work experience, discovery days, apprenticeships and spring insights. The main areas of responsibility involve supporting the recruiters with their campaigns, managing the administration and coordination of recruitment processes, onboarding all new joiners, assisting in the co-ordination and delivery of marketing and development initiatives.

Responsibilities of the role:

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and managing parts of the recruitment process for all programmes across all business lines; candidate management, interview scheduling, assessment centres, and on-boarding documents
  • Working with the other coordinators and recruiters to ensure processes, campaigns and projects are planned, managed and delivered on time.
  • Managing the processing of new joiner / leaver documentation.
  • Visa processing of individuals through collaboration with the UK International Mobility Team.
  • Supporting campus marketing and attraction initiatives.
  • Supporting in team administrative processes such as updating of process documents, escalation of ABC forms to Compliance, liaison with HR Connect on intern/graduate queries.
  • Management of central early careers inbox, responding to candidate enquiries and ensuring timely responses.
  • Managing referrals process in conjunction with Compliance and ATS provider.
  • Providing admin support to the Early Careers team on a variety of tasks and requests - this can include on-boarding new providers, reporting, data management, research, keep warm initiatives and events.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven and rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organised.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 'Can-do' attitude and is a team player - Flexibility to support team and colleagues where needed.
  • Ability to multi-task with many simultaneous activities at once.
  • Has a positive and proactive approach to resolving situations, using own initiative where appropriate.
  • Experience of ATS Systems (desirable).
