You will be joining a busy, friendly HR team and working together to provide efficient and effective support across all areas of HR to employees and managers. Being visible and in the office 4 or 5 days a week, you will be supporting with the day to day, but also project work so essential you're a car driver and live locally to the Bagshot/Camberley/A30 area.


Key responsibilities will include;

  • Being the first point of contact to answer HR queries, finding answers or pointing employees in the right direction
  • Assisting HR with the recruitment process, including writing and posting jobs adverts on various recruitment sites, managing responses and sending interview details
  • Create and manage employees in the HRIS, making sure the information and organisational structure are accurate at all times and a seamless onboarding process
  • Provide and update HR files and reports, providing analysis, using the HRIS, excel, Share Point and PowerPoint
  • Update and maintain company policies in line with current legislation
  • Maintain company compliance with the right to work in the UK and support 1st day induction process
  • Provide accurate information to the Payroll team regarding new starters, leavers, salary and benefits etc.
  • Produce and update employment contracts and variation letters
  • Prepare / produce pay increase letters
  • Record and monitor all absence, supporting with exit interviews, return to work meetings etc.
  • Support with various acquisition projects


This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for HR and people. Salary will be 25-30k depending on experience. Some previous experience of working in a busy HR department in a UK based company is essential or a HR graduate who can work at pace and has a desire to learn and do a great job Opportunity to study CIPD too.
