The Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work in a cross-functional team to manage the delivery of the product roadmap.
  • Work alongside the PO and Tech Lead to deliver functional, user-focused digital experiences.
  • You will have knowledge and experience of different delivery methodologies and be comfortable adjusting your style and methodology, to fit the needs of the team and product.
  • Lead a continual planning process in a complex environment, at both a sprint and roadmap level.
  • Utilise your delivery experience and skills to help the team deliver high quality work regularly and predictably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accurately report on milestone progress at a product roadmap level.
  • Interpret your team’s delivery metrics data and use this to improve processes as needed.


Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in a cross-functional squad in a complex business environment.
  • Experience partnering with Data teams/functions - desirable.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proven experience implementing & improving delivery frameworks.
  • Experience in identifying and escalating risks and issues pre-emptively.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment – highly desirable.
