The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will grow and manage your own territory by having ownership and being accountable for driving new business to achieve growth targets.


Using a consultative sales approach, you will be able to demonstrate return on investment through value led conversations, providing service solutions and analysing your own performance using your own initiative.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and account manage your own sales territory.
  • Build a strong pipeline and target new business opportunities.
  • Maintain appropriate records on clients and sales activities.
  • Contacting customers on a regular basis, providing quotes and ensuring that enquiries and issues are followed up in a timely manner.
  • Promote value added services and solutions.



Your skills

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in a B2B environment – experience with PPE, Fasteners & Tools would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • You can present solid and measurable results from previous jobs, and you have good negotiation skills.
  • You have a persuasive personality, and you can build long term relationships with new and existing customers
  • You have a knowledge of MS Office & Outlook and you are used to working in a structured manner using a CRM system to identify/follow-up on customers in your area.
