Thanks to a continually increasing workload in our EPC division, Engenda Group, a leading engineering and construction company, are looking to bring aboard an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Falkirk.
Role Overview
Based at Antonine Hub in Falkirk's Callendar Park, you’ll oversee the planning, execution and delivery of a large-scale industrial project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client requirements and industry standards. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing resources and mitigating risks to achieve project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the execution of industrial projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule and budget
- Developing project plans, schedules and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams
- Identifying project risks, issues and dependencies, and developing strategies to mitigate them effectively
- Monitoring project progress, performance and deliverables, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project objectives are met
- Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, designers, technicians and subcontractors to ensure a seamless project execution
- Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders and clients
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, regulations and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle
What are we looking for?
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field
- Extensive experience (minimum 7 years) working as a Project Manager in the engineering or construction industry
- A proven track record of successfully delivering industrial projects on time, within budget and to client and industry standards
- Proficiency with project management software i.e. Microsoft Project, Primavera P6
- The ability to work independently and remotely, with a high-level of accountability and self-motivation
- Experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical or manufacturing sectors is preferable, but not essential
