    • Management of the Viewpoint 4Project, Fieldview, Elecotronic Document management System (EDMS) and R-Drive QA system. (training can be provided to applicant on these systems)

    • Requesting, controlling printing and filing of hard copies of documents for the project

    • Scanning ‘with comments’ documents for attaching to system

    • Distribution of documents to various internal departments in line with the Procedures

    • Ensuring that the subcontractors and suppliers have the most up to date version of documents at all times

    • Issue hard copy document register each month to wider teams and check hard copies have been received on site from printing supplier

    • Preparing Health and Safety File and O&M information folders, requesting information from subcontractors and suppliers and filing as received (electronic and hard copies)

    • Preparation of any updated Home User Guides, including setting up any online Home Owner Guide systems such as Spaciable

    • Assisting with general administration needs, e.g. organising meetings, preparing meeting rooms, providing meeting resources, minuting meetings, notation and writing letters, posting documents, maintaining excel schedules, etc.

    • Assist in the production of monthly reports and schedules

    • Monitor invoices and payments through the company accounts payment system and maintain the departmental filing system with payments information
