Reporting to the HRD, this role will be based in the company's central London offices.


The HR Business Partner will provide HR guidance to the organisation and your primary purpose will be to work with stakeholders, including Senior Managers and Directors, to lead the People Agenda, ensure alignment with our goals, budgets, and create HR solutions that support the success of the business.


The role will include:

  • Developing appropriate people solutions and a people agenda.
  • Analysing HR data to identify trends and to provide insights for decision making
  • Headcount management including workforce planning, employee engagement
  • Developing and implementing a talent strategy including a performance management process, L&D, recruitment, development plans, succession planning
  • Actioning outputs form the annual employee engagement survey



About you:

  • You will have worked in a large organisation within the utilities, construction, engineering industries.
  • You will be an HR Business Partner who is used to managing the demands associated with a large organisation.
  • You will have demonstrated experience in leading HR programs, organisational development and change management.
  • You will have detailed knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • You will be CIPD or degree qualified
  • Experience with SAP and PowerBI would be advantageous


Note this role is an onsite role for the first 6 months. Thereafter the role will move to a hybrid role of 3 days in office, 2 days at home.
