The role will include leading the cleaning operatives, regularly checking in with them by phone and site visit and ensuring their vehicles and equipment are well serviced, clean, tidy and well organised and that jobs are being completed to a high standard in the time allocated.

The job role will include liaising with the cleaning operatives to ensure they have all they need for upcoming jobs, managing stock levels, managing equipment and vehicle servicing and also attending weekly management meetings where you will report on KPI’s.

The successful candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and constantly be looking for ways we can improve operations and become more efficient. You will also be required to help the managing director with systemising the business by creating training aids and processes which will make it easier for us to maintain delivery of a consistently great service as we grow.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensuring jobs are completed INFOTIS In Full, On Time and In spec

Booking jobs into calendar and allocating resources

Fleet Management, ensuring weekly vehicle and equipment checks are completed and routine maintenance is booked in

Ensuring vehichles are well stocked and organised.

Managing stock and finding cost savings where possible.

Training up new and existing team members

  • Quality Control-Calling into jobs and making sure we are delivering great results.
