- Identify key business risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct operational risk reviews, draft detailed reports, and monitor issue resolution.
- Manage third-party risk assessments and track counterparty credit exposures.
- Assist with compliance tasks such as reviewing client communications, regulatory filings, and marketing materials.
- Support the creation and upkeep of compliance and legal documentation.
- Contribute to cybersecurity and data protection measures.
- Stay informed on regulatory developments and assist in training staff.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5-10 years’ experience in operational risk management and compliance within asset management.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrable ability to conduct internal audits & operational risk monitoring reviews
- An interest in regulatory, legal, tax and accounting issues.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
