Our colleagues’ wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at OFG, so we’re always looking for new ways to improve everyone’s work/life balance. We’re taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent).

We are looking for a responsible, hands-on School Caretaker Manager to join our fantastic team at our new Options School - Hazel Cottage. As School Caretaker, you will help support our pupils and young people in their daily lives, by ensuring our sites are well maintained and equipped to meet their needs.
Your duties will include;

For many of our pupils, consistency is key, and our School Caretaker should take time to make sure everything is as it should be for us to run smoothly and safely.
Previous experience in a similar setting would be great but isn’t essential as full training will be given, and the right DIY skills, motivation, and personal qualities are just as important.
