What you will do as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Act as the guardian of the Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill's F&B concept, ensuring all operations align with this vision, including overseeing the Montagu Kitchen Restaurant
- Develop and execute action plans to improve areas within the outlet/department in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager
- Assist in the creation and implementation of new concepts for the Montagu Kitchen
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, continuously exploring potential business opportunities within the outlet
- Ensure management needs are met in the absence of the Outlet Manager or as requested by the Food & Beverage Manager
- Support the Restaurant Manager with training and developing the team and with the recruitment of new talent
