About the role:

We are looking for a talented Senior Photographer and Videographer to join the team creating world class visuals at the re:act studio.


Operating from our Crawley studio you will be working alongside our Studio Manager, and our Production Co-Ordinator.


  • Reporting into the Creative Director, you will be responsible for bringing our clients brands to life through high quality digital photography suitable mainly for social channels – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • You will use exceptional lighting, have technical brilliance and a strong eye for detail and creative flair.

What do I need to have to deliver this role:

  • Experience in a studio environment.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of digital cameras and lighting.
  • High technical proficiency in PhotoShop, Capture One Pro, Bridge and networked computers.
  • Both static and motion understanding in your portfolio. Understanding the principals of motion and designing for motion is necessary. Ability to work use After Effects not essential but a big plus.
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms and what content works and why.
  • Great attention to detail with ability to QA briefs and your own work, suggesting alternative ideas and approaches where appropriate.
  • Adept at taking briefs and working on your own initiative, having the confidence to ask questions, turning to your peers for support and guidance where needed
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time.
  • Ambitious, growth mindset, hungry to succeed, with a passion for best-in-class creativity and perfection in delivery.
  • An excellent communicator able to work with people at all levels from different functions.
  • Able to manage multiple pieces of work and projects, in a fast-paced environment.
  • A superb sense of humour
  • Dog friendly There are a lot of furry friends roaming around our office so you’ll need to be ok working with our four-legged friends
