  • Provide measurement and ROI analysis for all brand campaigns and share learnings and recommendations for future activities
  • Crisis comms management, working with our Senior PR Social & Media Manager and PR Agency as needed. Escalate and communicate crisis management as appropriate
  • Work closely with Shopper Marketing to tailor comms for their channel needs and deliver toolkits as required
  • Work with the Portfolio Marketing Manager to provide comms support where this is needed to further our portfolio performance
  • Work with the Global Brand Managers to align on campaign comms
  • Ensure that processes are being adhered to from an RSA and compliancy perspective and guarantee consistency of claims and messaging across all relevant touch points.
  • Manage our photoshoots, working with the Digital Project Manager to provide on brand images
  • Manage our partnerships strategy, including our charity partners

How will I contribute to the team?

  • Strong experience within premium FMCG Marketing/Brand Management with likeminded brands
  • Passion for brands, managing the big picture as well as day to day running of the brand
  • Ability to evaluate campaigns and demonstrate ROI
  • The ability to build relationships quickly is key within Lily’s Kitchen and externally with our partners
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to roll your sleeves up, challenge and be challenged
  • Enjoy the challenge of working within a fast paced and growing brand
