Our client is a growing company in the technology industry, and we're looking for a talented and experienced Network & Back Office Engineer to join our IT department. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the health and performance of our network infrastructure, while also supporting our back-office systems and processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Network Management: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues
  • Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
  • Implement network security measures
  • Manage network capacity and plan for future growth
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies and best practices
  • Back Office Support: Provide technical support to internal users
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions
  • Maintain and troubleshoot back-office systems and applications
  • Automate routine tasks and processes
  • Assist with IT project implementation


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a network engineering or IT support role
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
  • Experience with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with back-office systems and applications (e.g., Active Directory, ticketing systems)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach
