We are partnering with a reputable global consultancy to recruit a Network Architect to work on a long-term contract for Maclean Moore Consulting.


Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing network architecture, including virtual WAN, VNets, and related services. They will also oversee the network implementation process, manage information and network security, and perform maintenance and repairs to network equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement network architecture, including virtual WAN, VNets, and related services.
  • Oversee the network implementation process, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
  • Manage information and network security, including configuring and managing site-to-site VPN connections and Azure network security.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs to network equipment, including hardware and software upgrades.
  • Keep documentation of networks, including drawings, descriptions, and configurations.
  • Work experience with Prisma Paul Alto to Azure VPN migration is an added advantage.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in designing network architecture, including virtual WAN, VNets, and related services.
  • Good knowledge of network security principles and practices in Azure cloud environments.
  • Certification (not mandatory): CCNA, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Azure Network Engineer Associate.
  • Planning and designing data communication networks.
  • Presentation skills to communicate network plans to management staff.

What We Offer:
Maclean Moore Consulting offers a competitive rate for this position, with a daily rate of up to £600 (INSIDE IR35). We are looking for a skilled and experienced Network Architect to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.
