The Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy and content creation efforts. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and business goals.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.


Content Creation:

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure a consistent posting schedule.
  • Write and edit compelling blog posts, articles, and other content for the company’s website and newsletters.


Community Management:

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and key opinion leaders in our industry.


Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage organic social media campaigns.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine and optimise future campaigns.


Brand Management:

  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.
  • Maintain a strong brand presence across all social media channels.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer, Content Marketer, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio of content creation (e.g., social media posts, blogs, videos).


Skills:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn) and content management systems.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging content.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is an advantage.
