Are you an experienced Controls Engineer with a passion for innovation and a knack for problem-solving? This role offers a unique blend of flexibility and challenge, perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments.
This newly created position, born from continued expansion, promises a stimulating career path within a forward-thinking organisation. Proficiency in PLC, Siemens, and Rockwell systems is highly desirable, as these skills will enable you to hit the ground running and contribute effectively from day one.
Additionally, experience in automation, intralogistics, materials handling, conveyors, baggage handling, robotics, or special-purpose machinery will be advantageous. These areas are integral to the organisation's operations, and your knowledge will help drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement S7 programming solutions.
- Commission and troubleshoot control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise system performance.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in S7 programming and commissioning.
- Proficiency in PLC, Siemens, and Rockwell systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in automation, intralogistics, materials handling, conveyors, baggage handling, robotics, or special-purpose machinery is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
This role is more than just a job; it’s a chance to be part of a growing team where your skills and expertise will be valued and utilised to their fullest potential. Embrace the challenge and make a significant impact in a thriving industry.
