Harris Global are currently recruiting for a Second Line Support Specialist to join a marketing leading organisation on a permanent basis in their Belfast office working to a hybrid model.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Windows-based IT services, including email and file sharing, utilising Microsoft technologies like Windows, Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Deliver desktop support services to staff, both on-site and remotely.
  • Log and resolve incidents and issues using JIRA Service Desk, collaborating with colleagues and external vendors to ensure effective solutions.
  • Administer the Microsoft Office 365 Tenant.
  • Manage both Azure and on-premises Active Directory.
  • Oversee internal telephone systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Deploy IT assets, including both hardware and software.
  • Assist in managing and implementing software upgrades.
  • Handle the upgrade, servicing, and patching of Windows OS deployments.


Core skills

  • 5+ years' experience supporting ITSM such as JIRA Service Management or similar
  • 5+ years' experience supporting Windows 10/11 based systems
  • 5+ years' experience supporting Microsoft Windows 2012/2016 Server
  • 5+ years' experience supporting Active Directory
  • 5+ Years' supporting SharePoint Online.
  • Proven knowledge of Office 365 tenant
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Azure, In Tune and AD (on prem)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
