We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Electronics/Hardware Architect to lead the design and development of their AI electronic systems. This senior leadership role involves overseeing the design and development of high-speed electronics systems, ensuring signal integrity, and driving product development from concept to production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, extensive experience in AI system development, and a proven track record of leading engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and design high-speed electronics systems for our next-generation optical GPUs.
- Ensure signal integrity and optimize system performance for AI applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, optical, and product development, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to production and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electronic components and systems to ensure high reliability and performance.
- Stay current with advancements in electronics engineering, AI system development, and high-speed electronics technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring best practices in system architecture and design.
- Contribute to technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in electronics engineering, with a focus on AI electronics system development and high-speed electronics.
- Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience architecting high-speed electronics systems and ensuring signal integrity.
- Proven expertise in product development and bringing electronic systems from concept to production.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Proficiency in electronic design automation (EDA) tools and simulation software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
