Job Description:
As an Executive Search Consultant you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and facilitating connections between exceptional talent and organisations within the Heavy Civil Construction, Commercial Construction, Life Science, and Renewables sectors. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in dynamic industries and make a tangible impact on their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Identification: Utilise various sourcing strategies, including database searches, networking, and market research, to pinpoint potential candidates for executive-level positions.
- Candidate Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and evaluating their qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs, industry dynamics, and organizational culture to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analyses, providing valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Quarterly Training in Leeds: Candidates selected for this role will undergo a comprehensive training program at our Leeds headquarters. This training, which spans a quarter of your initial tenure, will equip you with the knowledge, tools, and strategies required to excel in executive search.
- House Share Option: During the training period in Leeds, we offer candidates the option to stay in shared accommodation, fostering a supportive learning environment and creating lasting professional connections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms.
